Carol Milstein Weil

Few years after I finished my university studies in Architecture, I started feeling that there was something missing in my life. That's when my spiritual path began. On this journey I studied Feng Shui, mandalas, practiced different styles of meditation and took several spiritual workshops, until I came across with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, my real passion. Since then (2007) I haven't stopped learning and practicing this style.

In order to gain more knowledge about yoga, I have been practicing different styles like Bikram, Iyengar, Yin and Vinyasa.

In 2010 I started teaching and that year I also travelled to India to learn more from the source.

For a whole year I was in different places in India with KPJAYI certified teachers (Rolf Naujokat and Louise Ellis) including five months at KPJAYI (K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute) with Sharath Jois, the Highest Authority in Ashtanga Yoga today.

I continued taking classes in Thailand with Kirsten and Mitchell (KPJAYI authorized teachers) and also in Mysore with Sharath Jois.

Additionally, I have been taking workshops to learn more about ashtanga, yoga anatomy  and philosophy.

Since 2012 I've been teaching Ashtanga and Yin Yoga worldwide.

My purpose is to teach with love and humility and pass along my knowledge and experience obtained by great teachers and my own practice. This way, contributing to help people enjoy the most of its multiple benefits, as well as a more comprehensive personal development through yoga.
